Experienced Housekeeping Boy

PWA Architects is looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Boy to manage the day-to-day housekeeping operations of our boutique villa.

About the role

This is an independent position at a 4-room boutique villa. A gardener/security staff member is on-site, while you will be responsible for all housekeeping duties and guest check-in/check-out procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to high hospitality standards
• Maintain the cleanliness of all common areas
• Change bed linen and replenish guest amenities
• Handle laundry and linen management
• Welcome guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to basic guest requests and ensure a pleasant stay
• Report any maintenance issues promptly
• Ensure the villa is always clean, organized, and guest-ready

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel, villa, or guesthouse
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good communication and guest service skills
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required
