Executive – Transport & Facilities

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate transport, facilities, security, and workplace support operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Manage facility maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, pest control, and related support services while maintaining workplace standards.
3. Monitor supplier performance, contract compliance, service quality, and operational risks to ensure business continuity.
4. Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management summaries to support decision-making.
5. Support process improvement, digitalization, cost optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, operations management, business administration, logistics, or an equivalent qualification.
2. 1-2 years of prior experience in facilities management, operations, administration, or a related field.
3. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft D365 applications, operational reporting, KPI management, and data analysis.
5. Experience in process improvement, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives will be an added advantage.
