Executive secretary to CEO

Salary: LKR 200,000 – 350,000

Responsibilities

  1. Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  2. Preparing agendas, board papers, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items.
  3. Preparing executive reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  4. Handling sensitive and confidential business information with discretion.
  5. Managing executive schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
  6. Coordinating communications between the CEO’s office and internal/external stakeholders.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  2. Pleasant and professional personality.
  3. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  5. Female candidates preferred.
  6. Candidates with exceptional English communication skills may be considered for trainee positions.

Administrative manager

Salary: LKR 150,000 – 250,000

Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the organization.
  2. Managing strategic partnerships, stakeholder relations, and vendor management.
  3. Coordinating with suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  4. Supporting organizational planning and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  2. Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
  3. Minimum 2+ years of administrative or management experience.
  4. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  6. Female candidates preferred.

Receptionist

Salary: LKR 100,000+

Responsibilities

  1. Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications.
  2. Managing front desk operations professionally and efficiently.
  3. Handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and managing correspondence.
  4. Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment.

Requirements

  1. Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  2. Well-presented and professional appearance.
  3. Pleasant, friendly, and confident personality.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English.
  5. Professional grooming and dress code adherence.
