Executive – Reservation Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven reservations & sales executive to lead reservations and optimize sales performance through online travel agents (OTAs) and direct channels. This role is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with strong expertise in luxury travel, online platforms, and high-end guest expectations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all reservations SOPs and addendums are followed to maintain the higher standards / quality of brand.
- Be responsible for the sales hotline and handle guests sales & reservation inquiries efficiently whilst delivering a personalized service.
- Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including reservations and financial transactions.
- Maximize revenue by converting incoming inquiries whilst recognizing business prospects and opportunities to upsell hotel services.
- Liaise with hotel management and customers to coordinate corporate events and create and maintain professional relationships.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to the customers.
- Analyze customer feedback from hotel guestbook and online reviews and suggest ways to improve ratings.
- Accountable to monitor and arrange the excursions, transport and tours based on guest’s requirement subject to the approval of authorized officers.
- Ensuring seamless flow of communications between and the hotel departments to ensure a satisfied stay for guests.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient running of the business.
- Deal with overseas agents/clients and meet their expectations.
- Preparation and costing of tour products and packages.
- Cultivate relationships with guests and travel agents to enhance loyalty and repeat bookings.
Requirements & qualifications
- Male/female in the age group of 25–30.
- A versatile individual who can perform with minimum supervision.
- A’ level qualified with excellent command of both, English (written and oral).
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry is compulsory.
- Knowledge of a foreign language will be a distinct advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and high computer literacy skills are compulsory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an eye for detail.
