Executive Finance Coordinator & Management Support

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director – Finance while coordinating key reporting and business initiatives across the Group.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Director – Finance’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely circulation of relevant documents and information.
- Monitor key deliverables and follow up with business units on pending actions and deadlines.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements across group companies.
- Support the Director – Finance in tracking strategic initiatives, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
- Liaise with senior management, business unit heads, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Facilitate communication between the Finance Department and other business functions to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare professional correspondence, management reports, and board-level presentations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Director – Finance.
Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, or part qualification in a recognized professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, etc.)
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, management reporting, business coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Sound understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and and attention to detail.
