Executive Finance Coordinator & Management Support

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual to provide strategic and administrative support to the Director – Finance while coordinating key reporting and business initiatives across the Group.

Key responsibilities

  1. Manage the Director – Finance’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
  2. Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, minutes, and follow-up action trackers.
  3. Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely circulation of relevant documents and information.
  4. Monitor key deliverables and follow up with business units on pending actions and deadlines.
  5. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements across group companies.
  6. Support the Director – Finance in tracking strategic initiatives, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
  7. Liaise with senior management, business unit heads, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  8. Facilitate communication between the Finance Department and other business functions to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  9. Prepare professional correspondence, management reports, and board-level presentations.
  10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Director – Finance.

Qualifications & experience

  1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field, or part qualification in a recognized professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, etc.)
  2. 1–3 years of experience in finance, management reporting, business coordination, or a similar role.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with senior management and external stakeholders.
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  6. Sound understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
  7. Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
  8. Strong business writing and presentation skills.
  9. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  10. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  11. High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and and attention to detail.
