Executive – Finance

We are rapidly expanding group of companies engaged in the field of shipping, logistics, freight forwarding & NVOCC operations. We are committed to provide value additions to ensure a total transportation solution. We require the following personnel for immediate recruitment:-

Duties & responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
3. Able to handle duties single-handed from basic accounting to final accounts.
4. Preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules.
5. To all types of reconciliation internal controls and support audit activities.
6. Accuracy confidentiality on task.

Requirements & qualifications

1. Full qualifications in AAT or part qualifications in CA/CIMA/ACCA and or degree in accountancy from a recognized university.
2. Excellent computer literacy and ability to work with accounting packages.
3. Be an analytical and logical thinker and have a positive attitude.
4. 2 or more years of working experience in shipping & freight forwarding industry would be an an added advantage.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills finance.
