Executive – documentation (sea freight operation)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our freight forwarding and logistics team in Sri Lanka. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling sea cargo operations, ensuring smooth workflow management in pricing, manifest submissions, documentation, and other essential logistics functions.

Position: executive – documentation requirements

1. Age between 24 – 30 years
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sea freight operations
3. Sound knowledge of pricing, manifest submissions, and shipping documentation
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (ERP experience will be an added advantage)
6. Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
