As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive – Customer Relations.
Key requirements
- Degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, customer relations, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala; Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage.
