Executive – Chef

As Executive Chef you will play a key role in shaping the dining experience for our guests, curating menus, managing kitchen operations and building a talented team to deliver exceptional cuisines to our newest pre-opening property in Rajagiriya.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in similar capacity at a reputed star class hotel/restaurant
2. International experience would be an advantage
3. Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a workforce
4. Food costing and revenue management skills
5. Good communication skills in English and Sinhalese
6. A passion for delivering exceptional level of service and ability to work autonomously
7. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
8. Asian cuisine preparation also added advantage
