Estimator | quantity surveyor (construction cost estimation)

We are looking for a skilled and motivated estimator/ quantity surveyor to join our growing international company Quantimate international pvt ltd. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and rate build-ups for overseas projects mainly across Australia, UK and USA. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with digital estimating platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and take-offs from drawings and specifications by using inhouse estimation software (Cubitt)
• Work with estimation software and MS Excel to develop accurate cost models and estimates
• Support the tender process by preparing documentation and ensuring deadlines are met
• Collaborate with senior estimators and project managers on international bids
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation templates

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years’ experience in estimation or quantity surveying
• Experience performing quantity take-offs using estimation software is a must.
• Broad experience across building, road, and MEP works.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• High efficiency and high computer literacy is a must
