Establishment Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as an aesthetic centre establishment consultant.

Key responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the establishment and operational setup of the aesthetic centre.
2. Develop business strategies, operational workflows, and service offerings.
3. Support equipment selection, treatment portfolio planning, and centre launch activities.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
5. Provide market insights and guidance to ensure business growth and sustainability.
6. Assist in staff training, service implementation, and quality standards.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry.
2. Proven experience in establishing, managing, or consulting for aesthetic centres.
3. Strong client relationship management and networking skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
5. Sound knowledge of aesthetic treatments, technologies, and industry trends.
6. Ability to work independently and deliver results within timelines.
