Senior Executive Customer Service

EMG Logistics is one of the fast-growing Logistic Companies in Sri Lanka, which Operate within the group IDEAL. The company is in the Industry for the last 16 years & achieved great milestones in the International Shipping & Freight Forwarding Business. Further to our expansion, we are looking for Senior Executive Customer Service — Ocean Products to strengthen the Ocean Team in Peliyagoda Office.

Job Role

• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop strong advisor relationships with key clients.
• Ocean carrier coordination in all levels Procurement / Booking Level.
• Coordination inter-departments.
• Design / Develop & Execute Strategic Product’s in this vertical.

Requirements

• Minimum 03 years of Industry Experience in a similar capacity.
• Sound Relationship with Shipping Lines / Transporters & other related service providers.
• Ability to Identify & convert Opportunities to Ground Level Reality.
• Negotiate, Establish & Administer Contracts with all Levels.
• Excellent Proficiency in second language & Computer Skills.
• Pleasant Outgoing personality with an interest in working intensely with the public.
