Draftsperson – Revit Draftsperson | BIM Coordinator

PWA Architects is seeking an experienced Revit Draftsperson / BIM Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on developing high-quality architectural BIM documentation and coordinating multidisciplinary inputs within the architectural workflow.

Key responsibilities

1. Prepare architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
2. Develop detailed construction and technical drawings
3. Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP inputs
4. Identify and highlight coordination issues affecting architectural design intent
5. Support clash detection and BIM coordination reviews
6. Maintain and manage BIM models in line with project standards
7. Assist project teams in design development and documentation

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in architecture, architectural technology, drafting, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Revit-based documentation
3. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
4. Good understanding of construction detailing and building systems coordination
5. Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination
6. Strong attention to detail
