Shakticola Associates (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented draftsman to translate design intent into precise architectural drawings — working alongside our architects and project teams on high-quality, innovative work.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed architectural drawings in AutoCAD.
- Build 3D models and design studies in SketchUp.
- Coordinate closely with architects and project managers.
- Translate sketches and specifications into accurate drafts.
- Revise and maintain drawings across the project lifecycle.
- Keep every drawing compliant with company standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Sound technical knowledge of construction details and building drawings.
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience.
- Strong, consistent attention to detail.
- Works independently and meets deadlines.
- Clear communicator and dependable team player.
- Advantage: knowledge of Revit.
