Procurement and Inventory Management Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Communicate with principals
• Coordinate with the Import division and other service providers on the payment process, shipment clearance, and GRN process
• Inventory planning and management
• Handle warranties
• Ensure service obligations are met
• Competitor analysis and management reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same capacity including 1 year service period within the Group
• Familiarity with ERP system
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Qualification in supply chain and material management from a recognized institution would be an added advantage
