Wanted On Hire Mini Cabs / Budget Cabs (WagonR , Suzuki Every, Maruti Or Similar)

A reputed long established company in Colombo wishes to hire mini vehicles such as WagonR, Suzuki Every, Maruti or similar in size/type along with drivers, with a minimum seating capacity for 4 adult passengers on long term basis as indicated below:

• The vehicle should be in new or good condition with proper and functioning AC along with reliable, nonsmoking, sober, disciplined drivers for the transportation of service staff and small items of spare parts on some occasions only, to distant locations in Sri Lanka (i.e. Jaffna (800Kms), Batticaloa (640Kms), Galle (290Kms), Kandy (244Kms) etc.
• The vehicle should be covered by comprehensive insurance cover including passengers.
• Normal working hours on all 7 days of the week are 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM which may be extended until 10:00 PM.
• Payment for hires during the stated times will be paid at a per kilometer rate to be mutually agreed upon. Please state the expected rate when responding.
• Current average mileage per hired vehicle is 2000 Kms – 3000 Kms per month.
• The driver’s salary, cost of fuel and repairs to the vehicle are the responsibility of the company / driver who owns the vehicle.
• Payment will be made within 3 weeks of actual travel.
