Customer Support Assistant

Key responsibilities

  1. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, timelines, and concerns
  2. Liaise with installation teams and ensure correct allocation of resources for timely completion of jobs
  3. Manage orders with third-party suppliers, shops, or service providers to ensure on-time delivery
  4. Track each order from placement to successful installation and verify completion to customer satisfaction
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions, issues, and order progress
  6. Manage issue tracking systems and escalating problems where necessary
  7. Prepare regular status and progress reports for management review
  8. Ensure all processes are followed correctly and jobs are closed only after quality verification

Qualifications

  1. 1-2 years of experience in customer coordination, client service, or project coordination
  2. Average verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong communication and organisational skills
  4. Ability to manage client interactions with patience and professionalism
  5. Proficiency in using MS Office and basic order/document tracking systems
