Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing timely updates on shipments.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
Experience
- Beginner’s or minimum 1 year of proven experience in freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Strong industry knowledge with the ability to offer effective logistics solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of international shipping processes (air & sea freight preferred).
