Customer relationship assistant

Requirements

• Ability to manage customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Must be capable of handling cashier duties accurately and efficiently.
• Should be able to manage both Sinhala and English communication confidently when dealing with customers.

Additional skills

• Prior experience in customer service or cashiering will be an added advantage.
• Must be able to learn and adapt to operational duties quickly.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
