About the role
As a customer experience executive, you will be the voice of Fitzky. You will engage with our customers, solve their queries and ensure they have the best experience on our platform.
Requirements
- Age: below 30 years.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply (minimum GCE A/L, diploma, or equivalent).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails and chat.
- Assist customers with bookings, pass purchases and general queries.
- Resolve issues quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Work closely with the team to improve customer experience.
