Customer Care Executive

Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  2. Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through the resolution process.
  3. Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in systems.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

  1. Trilingual ability is mandatory, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  2. A minimum of one year of experience in a call center is required.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Empathetic and patient attitude.
  5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  6. Excellent telephone etiquettes and computer literacy.
  7. Previous experience in handling call center management systems will be an added advantage.
