Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and guide customers through the resolution process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements
- Trilingual ability is mandatory, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a call center is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent telephone etiquettes and computer literacy.
- Previous experience in handling call center management systems will be an added advantage.
