Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary

The “Customer Experience Representative”( CER ) is a pivotal role as they will be in charge to service customers of a leading cryptocurrency exchange company that operates the world’s biggest bitcoin exchange and altcoin crypto exchange. (CER) will be responsible for answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints or feedback via phone, email, chat support, or social media
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 to 2  years experience in Customer Service/Retail from banking or finance industries
  • Bachelor’s degree or above i.e. fresh graduates accepted, provided they have Accounting / Finance / Banking education
  • Candidates must be able to communicate fluently in English is a MUST
  • Ability to multitask, flexible to work on rotational shifts, prioritize and manage time effectively
