Job profile

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons.
• Teach practical cookery skills and techniques in line with curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students’ performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and industry standards to incorporate into lessons.

Candidate profile

• Degree/diploma in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field.
• Prior experience in teaching or working within the culinary industry.
• Candidates holding certificate IV TAE40122 will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of culinary theory, including hygiene, safety, and nutrition.
• Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
