Credit Control Assistant

Applications are invited from employees of Singer for the position of Credit Control Assistant in Credit Control Department. The jobholder will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the hire purchase (HP) business related tasks.

Job profile

1. Support and clear dispute related to hire purchase accounts.
2. Analyze and find risk factors of HP accounts.
3. Prepare issue variance report & category location report.
4. Finalize month – end entries of HP business.
5. Complete HP related competition work.
6. Supply and follow up of manual coupon orders.
7. Follow up with customer on arrears for timely recovery.

Personal profile

1. Passed GCE (A/L), credit passes for English and mathematics at GCE (O/L).
2. Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity or handling similar job functions.
3. Strong skills in MS Office packages especially in Excel.
4. Effective communication skill & analytical skills.
5. Age below 25 years.
