Creative Designer / Graphic Designer / Video Editor

With nearly 50 years of experience, CIB Holdings, one of Sri Lanka’s leading clothing and retail companies, is seeking a creative and skilled graphic designer & video editor to create engaging visuals, edit impactful videos, and support our brand’s digital and marketing content.

Key responsibilities

1. Design creative graphics for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and print materials.
2. Create engaging visual content for social media posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
3. Develop and edit short form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital advertising.
4. Capture and edit high quality photo and video content for marketing and brand promotions.
5. Develop creative concepts and design ideas according to brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
6. Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars, campaigns, offers, and events.
7. Manage multiple design and video projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
8. Stay updated with the latest graphic design, video editing, and social media content trends.
9. Support marketing campaigns using AI tools for design, content ideas, and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

1. Diploma in graphic design, multimedia, or related field.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in design, video editing, or content creation.
3. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
4. Strong understanding of social media content and digital trends.
5. Videography and photography skills will be an added advantage.
6. Preferably below 30 years of age. (Male and female)
