Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• A recognized qualification in graphic design or multimedia.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro) and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout composition, and typography.
• Proven experience in product packaging design (mandatory).
• Additional skills in video editing and photography are considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of printing processes, exporting artwork, and quality checking is beneficial.

Key requirements

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Capable of designing social media posts, marketing materials, packaging, and logos.
• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions tailored to project needs.
• Create compelling visual assets including logos, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for both print and digital media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with project requirements, objectives, and brand guidelines.
• Support production by preparing files for print or web, including tasks such as image retouching and optimization.
