About the company

We are a premier CIDA C-1 grade engineering organization operating across Sri Lanka. We are seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and high-performing professionals to join our expert team for an exciting road construction project in Jaffna.

Open positions

Site engineers

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering with 1+ years of experience in road construction, OR
• NDT / NDES / HND with 2+ years of experience in road construction.

Quality assurance manager (QAM)

• B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering with 1+ years of experience (minimum 1 year in material engineering), OR
• NDT / NDES with 2+ years of experience (minimum 1 year in material engineering).

Technical officers (TO)

• NCT (Civil) or equivalent qualification (NVQ, IVQ, etc.).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervision.

Work supervisors (WS)

• NVQ Level 3 or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in road construction.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure.

Material technicians (MT)

• NDT / NCT with 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a laboratory technician in construction projects.

Assistant quantity surveyor (AQS)

• Diploma / HND / NVQ Level 5 or above in quantity surveying or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of BOQs, measurements, and cost estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings proficiently.
• Practical site experience will be a distinct advantage.
