- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in similar industry.
- Familiarity with construction, architectural, interior design & BOQ.
- Good knowledge in English (both written/oral).
- Possess leadership skills.
- Good decision maker.
- Expert in tack delegation.
- Well organized.
- Problem solver.
- Solid computer skills (especially MS Excel).
