Cold store operation in-charge (assistant manager designate)

A leading temperature-controlled logistics service provider, recognized for delivering fast, reliable, and safe logistics solutions. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic and committed member to join our operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and handle receiving, checking, and dispatching of goods
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
• Allocate tasks to staff
• Maintain inventory records and documentation
• Arrange and conduct physical stock verifications
• Monitor and maintain cold storage temperature conditions
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Report damages, shortages, or operational issues

Requirements

• Diploma in logistics from a recognized logistics / warehouse management institution is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & stock systems preferred)
• Physically fit and willing to work in cold environments
• Knowledge in handling equipment and safety practices
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Prior warehouse/cold room experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities
