Client Relations Executive

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring a professional, engaging, and memorable customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Share project information, brochures, pricing, floor plans, and payment plans with customers.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Respond to social media and direct customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image through all customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers after meetings and site visits.
- Prepare weekly follow-up reports and customer activity summaries.
Requirements
- Fluency in speaking English, Tamil, Sinhala.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
