3. Strong leadership & site management skills
4. Proficiency in CAD software

Quantity surveyor

1. HND, NCT, BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent
2. 5 years of experience in building construction
3. Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration
4. Analytical and negotiation skills

Technical officer

1. NDT, HNDE, or equivalent technical qualification
2. 5 years of experience in building works
3. Site supervision, quality control, and progress reporting
4. Strong communication skills
