We are looking for the above post to be filled urgently.

Requirements

1. Well experienced in especially Eastern cuisine with a fair knowledge.
2. Knowledge in western dishes a minimum of over 20 years.
3. Experience in the field, age between 35-45.

Food costing, menu planning with knowledge in HACCP & GMP compliance is required. The location will be out of Colombo and it is important to reside. Accommodation with food will be provided with an attractive salary.
