Restaurant Supervisor

Celery, a modern restaurant catering to a mid and upper-level clientele is in search of candidates for the above position.

Job Role

• Manage the overall restaurant takeaway. dine-in and delivery operations
• Train relevant staff
• Manage recruitments
• Promote business and improve sales
• Generate large orders through business promotion
• Play a senior role to uplift the brand image
• Maintain customer satisfaction at the highest level
• Oversee cash management

Minimum Requirement

• O/L Passed with Maths & English Passes
• A/L qualifications are preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum 3 years experience at a similar level at a reputed restaurant or a hotel
• Mastered customer serving standards

All candidates must

• Live or be willing to board/reside within 10km from Attidiya, Dehiwela
• Be willing to work shift basis, if required by the company
• Have team working skills
• Have the ability to speak in English & Sinhala
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have experience with MS office
