Duties & responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to inquiries on insurance products, policies, claims, and services.
- Record customer requests and complaints accurately in the system.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Meet service quality and performance KPIs while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh school leavers and candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English will be an added advantage).
- Good listening, problem-solving, and computer skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Age below 30 years preferred.
