Duties & responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  2. Respond to inquiries on insurance products, policies, claims, and services.
  3. Record customer requests and complaints accurately in the system.
  4. Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  6. Meet service quality and performance KPIs while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification.
  2. Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
  3. Fresh school leavers and candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  4. Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and/or Tamil (English will be an added advantage).
  5. Good listening, problem-solving, and computer skills.
  6. Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
  8. Age below 30 years preferred.
