Your role

As a member of our customer care division, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting customers across multiple communication channels, resolving inquiries efficiently, and working closely with internal teams to ensure every order is handled with care and professionalism.

Working schedule

  1. Six (06) working days per week on a roster basis
  2. Day shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  3. Nine (09) working hours per shift
  4. Any pre-approved work performed from home will be compensated separately

Candidate profile

Call centre executive

  1. Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a call centre, customer service, or customer support environment
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil
  3. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  4. Sound computer literacy and the ability to work confidently with customer service systems
  5. Professional attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  6. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  7. Age preferably below 30 years

Trainee call centre executive

  1. School leavers and young individuals with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
