Call Center Representative

Softlogic BPO is the centralized call center for the Softlogic group of companies with the backing of its parent company Softlogic Holdings has built a strong presence in the market and is a leader in a range of high-growth sectors including ICT, Telecommunications, Health Care, Retail, Financial Services, Automobiles and Leisure.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Previous Call Center experience (preferably in a fast-food chain restaurant)
  • The candidate should be residing in Colombo
  • Ability to speak in Sinhala and English (Tamil would be an advantage)
  • Experienced in handling MS Office packages (Excel/ Word)
  • Work on a shift basis from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
  • Having a personal computer would be an added advantage (for the purpose of flexible shift arrangements)
