Call center executive (Sinhala)

Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales through inbound and outbound calls using strong negotiation skills.
  2. Handle customer phone calls professionally in Sinhala.
  3. Adhere to company policies while managing customer objections & rejections using customer acquisition skills.
  4. Follow up on customer inquiries responsibly while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  5. Maintain and achieve weekly performance targets.

Requirements

  1. Age: 21-27 years.
  2. Degree holder (non-IT) or G.C.E. A/L qualified with a minimum of 6 months of proven experience in a corporate environment.
  3. Fluent Sinhala-speaking skills.
  4. Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  5. Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  6. Good attendance record and strong commitment to work.
