Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and generate appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Provide information regarding company projects and promotions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- School leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Sinhala (Tamil and English will be an added advantage).
