Branch Manager | Team Leader | Stewards

Westbury Bubble Tea & Ice Cream is recruiting energetic, customer-focused team members for our Colombo Pettah outlet. We are looking for people who can help us deliver fast, friendly service, consistent product quality and a clean, welcoming outlet experience.

Branch manager

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day outlet operations and staff scheduling.
• Maintain service, hygiene, cash-control and product-quality standards.
• Monitor sales, stock usage, wastage and daily reporting.
• Train, motivate and supervise the outlet team.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory/managerial experience in F&B, QSR, cafe or retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good communication and basic computer/POS skills.

Team leaders

Key responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager and supervise assigned shifts.
• Coordinate counter, beverage preparation and service flow.
• Ensure recipes, portion control, cleanliness and opening/closing procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Barista or F&B background preferred.
• Prior team-leading or shift-supervision experience is an advantage.
• Energetic, responsible and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Stewards / barista trainees

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and ice cream according to Westbury standards.
• Assist customers, maintain cleanliness and support outlet operations.
• Follow food-safety, hygiene and stock-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Experience is an advantage but not essential – training will be provided.
• Positive attitude, good personal presentation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on a shift roster.
