Requirements

Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage costing -thorough knowledge of cost control measures
Be familiar with accounting software especially Scienter Systems
Sound knowledge of Accounts Payable is added advantage
Willing to work long hours
Good communication skills and attention to detail
