Duties/ Responsibilities

1. Provide leadership and ensure efficient and effective management of recovery department.
2. Attend in courts and other tribunals on behalf of the company.
3. Oversee customer outstanding list, return cheques and collection process.
4. Issue collection notice for credit sales that are past due dates.
5. Correspond for any customer payment disputes through system.
6. Make independent decisions, including follow up on payment commitments.
7. Make recommendations to management on agreement relating to necessary repayment schedules.
8. Systematically record all daily collection activities.
9. Formulate collection strategies to ensure timely customer repayments.
10. Provide timely response to all customer inquiries.

Requirements

1. Degree/ diploma from a recognized universities/ institute.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in reputed organization.
3. Strong personality with professionalism.
4. Good communication skills and good knowledge in English & Sinhala languages.
5. A self-motivated, energetic & a passionate team player.
6. Ability to adjust to multiple demands at work and work independently with minimum supervision.
7. Previous experience in forces will be an added advantage.
8. Colombo suburbs preferred.
