Job responsibilities

  1. Work closely with the General Manager – Operations to coordinate and support day-to-day operational activities across properties.
  2. Liaise regularly with hotel teams to ensure service standards and operational excellence are consistently maintained.
  3. Monitor operational performance, follow up on key action items, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  4. Assist with operational planning, reporting, and the implementation of group-wide initiatives and projects.
  5. Facilitate effective communication between Head Office and property teams.
  6. Conduct regular property visits to monitor operational standards, identify areas for improvement, and support best practices.

Job requirements

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel operations or a similar role. Experience in Food & Beverage operations will be an added advantage.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
  3. Sound understanding of hotel operations and the ability to adapt and respond effectively in a dynamic environment.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and hospitality management systems.
  5. A qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field will be an added advantage.
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
