Job summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team as an assistant manager / senior executive. The ideal candidate will support departmental operations, coordinate with internal teams, manage reporting and administrative functions, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

  1. Assist in planning and executing departmental activities
  2. Supervise daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow
  3. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  4. Monitor KPIs and support management decision-making
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  6. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
  7. Train and guide junior staff when required
  8. Identify process improvements and implement best practices

Educational qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field
  2. Professional qualifications (CIMA, ACCA, CA etc.) will be an added advantage
  3. Senior executive: minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
  4. Assistant manager: minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience with supervisory exposure

  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
