Assistant manager – QCO
The individual will be responsible to make sure that the entire production process exceeds the expectation of customer’s quality standard while achieving internal key performance indicators that secure a sustainable manufacturing standard.
Key responsibilities
- Strong knowledge and experience in line feeding planning and execution to ensure smooth production flow and achievement of daily targets.
- Ability to coordinate closely with production, planning, technical, and quality teams to maintain expected efficiency levels.
- Strong leadership capability to manage and guide the QCO team effectively to meet operational priorities.
- Ability to monitor and control feeding priorities based on production requirements and capacity planning.
- Sound knowledge of garment construction and bulk production technical requirements across product categories such as activewear, swimwear, workwear, and outerwear.
- Ensure your under staff always work in line with the company policies and procedures set to achieve sustainable standards.
Key job specifications
- Degree or diploma in production management or textile technolog.
- Good understanding of QCO processes and feeding strategies to support production efficiency improvement.
- Very systematic/analytical approach to problem.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- Strong process orientation.
- Excellent human relation and motivation skills.
- Knowledge and experience of working with lean tools.
- Exposure to the latest QCO processes and systems.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity.
