What you’ll do

• Analyze monthly financial performance including revenue, margins, costs, and working capital to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct variance analysis and evaluate the financial impact of operational and commercial decisions.
• Support rolling forecasts, financial planning, and scenario analysis to guide business strategy.
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on pricing, product mix, and cost initiatives.
• Perform pricing and profitability analysis across products, customers, and channels.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports while ensuring accuracy and alignment of financial data.

What we’re looking for

• Professional qualification ACA / ACCA / ACMA / CPA or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance (preferably FMCG / manufacturing).
• Experience in ERP, Power BI / Tableau and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of investment appraisal techniques (NPV, IRR, sensitivity analysis).
• Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
