Purchasing Executive / Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, goal-oriented & self-motivated candidate to fulfill the following vacancy.

Qualifications

• Passed G.C. E. A/L with other equivalent qualifications related to Purchasing and supply chain management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Hands-on experience with inventory handling and material reconciliation
• Team player with a positive attitude

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar capacity
• Experience in handling important documents and clearance procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers in a continuous and timely manner
• Prepare purchase orders for suppliers and coordinate with supplier rs for on-time delivery
• Follow up with suppliers for outstanding deliveries and fix necessary strategies to avoid issues
• Maintain healthy interlink with Finance, Stores, and operations departments
• Assisting and managing category-wise purchasing
