Job Role

• Promptly attend to all customer queries in a professional & courteous manner
• Develop, support & ensure adherence to work instructions, policies, procedures & practices pertaining to the company & division
• Enhance customer service and customer experience aligned with the organization’s CSD system
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys by outbound calls and reporting results to management
• Complete tasks & reports within stipulated time frames
• Improve CSD-related processes, policies, and procedures in the organization
• Ensure the security of the customer data in the organization’s CSD system at its best

Requirements

• G.C.E AIL is mandatory. Diploma / Certification in customer experience or equivalent professional qualification in a related field
• Experience in Client Relations or Customer Services in delivering customer-centric solutions will be a definite advantage
• Should possess excellent analytical, organizational negotiation, and people skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire confidence in all stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala, and English. Knowledge of Tamil would be a distinct advantage
• Computer literate with good report writing skills & ability to analyze, capture and present information effectively
• School Leavers are also encouraged to apply
• Female candidates within Colombo are preferred
