Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 1-year experience in handling outbound calls or prior web-based customer service
- Fluency in English, Tamil, or Hindi, and excellent communication skills
- Age between 18 – 35interested in a career in the BPO/KPO industry
- Ability to work 10:00 AM to 07.00 PM
- A Team player with the ability to work independently in a multicultural fast-paced environment
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Ability to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Manage outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify inf mation
- Seize opportunities to upsell products/services when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
