Ticketing Executive

30 years and going strong Airwing Tours is seeing rapid growth in its air ticketing division. As such we are looking at expanding our team.

We are looking for a competent individual to join our Air ticketing division to assist with the fast growth in the sector we are experiencing.

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Placing air ticket reservations, ticket issuing in all airlines
• Good PR with passengers
• High-quality customer service

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• IATA certified professional qualification or equivalent
• Knowledge of the AMADEUS GDS system is a must
• Knowledge of SABRE or GALILEO GDS systems is an advantage
• Knowledge of outbound travel & Visa handling is an advantage
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Packages
