  • Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide service-related information & solutions for customers

Basic Qualifications & Details

  • G.C.E. OIL passed with Mathematics & English subjects with a “C” pass.
  • Language proficiency — Sinhala or English or Tamil
  • Ability to work on evening shifts
  • Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
  • Transport will be provided within 20km.
  • Encourage to apply to school leavers.
